  • Develop intervention strategies to help regain productivity in shortest amount of time
  • Apply services needed to rapidly recover from the incident
  • Help address legal implications, media involvement, human resources and other risk management concerns

Subsequent to an incident:

  • Assess incident in detail
  • Recommend methods of organizational preparedness for potential and future crises
  • Tailor continuing education on crisis management
