Jill Ricketts is a registered nurse in the state of Florida with twenty years of experience in emergency room and intensive care environments. Jill is on the Board of Directors as a working member of Corporate Crisis Management Inc.—a company specializing in partnering with businesses and organizations to prepare for and manage a crisis or traumatic event through education, training and on-site incident management.

Jill is an active member of the Community Crisis Support Team of Hillsborough County and has represented that organization at the Hillsborough County Metropolitan Medical Response Team meetings. She is an experienced responder to critical incidents and has co-facilitated interventions and has assisted in family, neighborhood and workplace traumas. Jill continues her education in the field of traumatic stress. 

Jill has been involved on many levels as an advocate for patients and families dealing with death and dying, providing care, guidance, information and interpretation of medical issues. Her years of experience with death and dying in the medical setting were invaluable in responding with an International Team to meet the needs of the people of Uganda during a wartime epidemic. Her time spent there has given her a global perspective of people’s needs under adverse conditions and diverse cultures.
